In reading and replying to Texas Wahine's post on places to visit on Oahu got me thinking about places I had visited that had had an impact on me. I had agreed with her that the Arizona Memorial was one of my fav's on Oahu. That got me thinking about other places that had affected me, either positively or negatively. I went on a month-long tour of Europe between my sophmore and junior year of college with a tour group. Saw most of the usual tourist sights in Greece, France, England, Ita...

Being fairly new to JoeUser, I haven't taken the time to go back and read past articles and responses unless the particular blogger peaks my interest. I am having a hard time understanding the responses being given to this character who seems to be angering everyone lately because of the lies and deceptions she has unleased. I understand the anger people have over it but honestly, the more people respond on her blogs, the more attention she is gaining by it. Some people just thrive on ...

I recently took a trip to Teton National Park and Jackson Hole in Wyoming. It had been 10 years since I had last been there, on a ski trip with an ex-boyfriend and two other couples. I was so looking forward to seeing the Old West town that I had enjoyed but was sad at how much it had changed. The trip through Teton National Park was as exciting as before. If you have never been there, you have to at some point in your life. The view of the Tetons is unveleivable. The drive through th...

I had just responded recently to a blog and my answer to him got me thinking....CAN you really ever be friends with a past love, regardless of how the relationship turned out? I had to really dig deep and admit to myself that I have always wanted to try, if the person was still interested also and if they were still located in the same area. I have to say that I don't know that I have ever maintained a friendship that wasn't just surface stuff with a past boyfriend and eventully, the friend...
